General

1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements with all companies, institutions and persons that have contacted Koopeenheadset.nl via the internet.

2. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. 1. The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all offers. All prices are in euros unless otherwise stated in the product-related information.

Conformity and Warranty

1. Delivery term exceeded

Dispatch

1. All items are delivered to the delivery address unless otherwise indicated.

Right of return

1. You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without stating reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. Guarantee

1. The consumer has at least 12 months warranty on products unless otherwise indicated.

2. Any warranty claim lapses if work has been carried out by the buyer/client or third parties without the prior written consent of Koopeenheadset.nl that relate to the goods and/or services for which the warranty is invoked.

3. If an item is damaged upon receipt, the consumer can return it to us within 7 days. Inform us in time by email so that we can exchange as soon as possible.

Liability

1. Koopeenheadset.nl. bears no liability whatsoever for any damage, by whatever name and from whatever cause other than as a result of its own intent or gross negligence, to be proven by the client and then only up to a maximum of the amount of the work to be performed by Koopeenheadset.nl or deliveries, or a proportional part thereof.

2. The client is obliged to indemnify and hold harmless Koopeenheadset.nl against all claims for compensation that third parties institute against Koopeenheadset.nl in respect of damage caused by or with the delivered goods.

Disputes

1. A dispute exists as soon as a party declares that such is the case.

2. Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements and transactions of Koopeenheadset.nl.

3. All disputes, by whatever name, will be subject to the judgment of the competent Dutch court, to the exclusion of all other arbitrating, advisory and judicial bodies.

Final Provisions

In all cases for which these terms and conditions and warranty provisions do not provide, the decision rests exclusively with Koopeenheadset.nl.
